Our Policy
Absolutely NO Refunds or Exchanges, however if you receive your item
broken or it breaks after 3 days we will fix it. Scroll down to see 'Broken Items'
policy. The Hemporium has the right to deny, block, or ignore any
requests or customers. The Hemporium also may not be able to assist
every request. Scroll down for more details.
What to do
First, check out the pictures of our creations. Second, either choose one
of our items or create your own idea from the selection.
Finally, email us with your selected item(s) or request(s).
We will continue to email you throughout the process. Shipping
prices will be determined in the email depending on your location and
how soon you would like your item.

Broken Items
At The Hemporium, we do our best to completely satisfy everyone of
our customers, unfortunately, accidents happen... If you purchased an
Item from The Hemporium and you received it broken, you can email
us WITHIN 3 DAYS OF RECEIVING YOUR ITEM and we will fix it for you for no charge
other than shipping! (WE WILL NOT PAY FOR SHIPPING) However, YOU MUST SHIP
THE BROKEN ITEM BACK TO US! If you received an item and it breaks AFTER 3 DAYS we
will charge a $5.00 Labor Fee + S&h, as long as you ship the broken item back
so we can fix it for you. If you do not send your broken item back, your order confirmation will not be confirmed and we will not be able to assist you.
Request Information
Requests MAY take several weeks depending on when we receive
your desired material, your location, and how soon you want your
item. Because we may not have your desired material in stock, we may
need to order them. We will keep in contact with you throughout the process.
